Managing Custom Fields

Create numerous types of Custom Fields and connect these with your blog/website or just use them internally.

StoryChief provides a number of standard fields when writing and publishing stories. Yet, it's possible that you might need additional fields for your articles.
Note that mapping Custom Fields with a blog/website requires some advanced API knowledge.
You don't necessarily need to connect all custom fields to your blog or website, but you can use them internally as well. E.g. setting the funnel stage of a Story, or indicate if the Story is translated or not, etc...

Create a custom field to identify the stage of the funnel the article is in
Create a custom field to upload a custom image for Pinterest
Navigate to the Stories overview page and activate that custom field column in the visibility setting (top right corner of the list)
Try to use a segment to filter on the value of the custom field
