Setting up your brand ambassadors

Promote your stories through word of mouth by letting your customers, colleagues and public relations share your stories on their personal networks.

In this video we'll showcase how the Ambassadors channel can be used to increase your brand's content reach.

This referral marketing channel allows you to easily promote your stories and social posts by sending them directly to your colleagues, clients, press contacts, and more. Then, with a simple click of a button, they can share your content with their social networks. This will boost engagement and reach new customers.


Your to do's

  • Create a CSV file with your colleagues'/relations email address
  • Create a new Ambassadors destination and import the CSV file
  • Go through the settings
  • Create a lead capture form to capture new ambassadors
  • Create an article where you explain your ambassadorship program and embed the lead capture form in there
  • Publish the article to your CMS/William blog and share it to the imported ambassadors so they can get your more contacts
